• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We are not responsible for pricing errors on our website

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We will notify you when your order is accepted and being processed.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within Ghana only. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

• FREE delivery on qualifying orders, as shown at checkout
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within Greater Accra
• Regional delivery: 5–7 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a reachable phone number and clear directions or an optional GhanaPostGPS address. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or recipient unavailability.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• A 30-day return window from the delivery date
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Original delivery costs are non-refundable

Certain products (opened baby formula, personal care items) may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:
